Refund & Cancellation Policy

For repairs undertaken by iStorez, all repair times provided are estimates and not binding unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. iStorez shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred due to unforeseen costs or delays in repairs.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Customers must submit an RMA request online before returning any items. Please complete the RMA application on our website www.istorez.co.za

The issued RMA number must be used as a reference for all return-related matters. Our technical team will provide an RMA number, authorizing the return of one item per RMA request. A detailed fault description is required to facilitate testing and verification.

All defective products returned to iStorez must include all original accessories, such as cables, power supplies, and documentation.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to iStorez. For protection, we recommend insuring the package and using a traceable shipping method. iStorez is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

If the return conditions are not met, iStorez reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee of no less than 15%.

Acceptance of Products: iStorez will conduct an incoming inspection upon receipt of returned products.
